What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay — $18-$20 per hour
- Commission Share — Earn a share of renewal commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & First Impressions: Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, residents, and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
- Personalized Assistance: Anticipate and fulfill various guest requests, from dining reservations to event tickets, transportation coordination, and more.
- Local Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and shopping in the Central West End and St. Louis area.
- Event & Community Engagement Support: Support resident events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and a positive guest experience at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns with professionalism and a proactive mindset, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside the property management team to maintain a seamless, exceptional experience for all residents and guests.
Qualifications:
- Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering personalized, five-star service to all guests.
- Experience: Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of St. Louis: Familiarity with the local area is a plus, but a passion for learning and helping others explore is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property management software, reservation systems, and other technology to assist guests.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every request is handled with precision and car
