Oro Capital Advisors is a real estate investment firm that operates with the flexibility and discretion of a family office. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our small but active office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office setting. You'll help manage communication, scheduling, office logistics, and occasional personal administrative work for the company’s founder and his family. We’ll train the right person and offer a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phones, calendars, and meeting coordination for our principal.
Handle basic office logistics (mail, supplies, vendors, bills, errands).
Place and coordinate lunch orders for the team.
Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
Support visitors and coordinate occasional in-house events.
Oversee basic bookkeeping and bill payment for the owner's household.
Track expenses and help with general vendor relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an admin or office management role.
Organized and proactive, with strong communication skills.
Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools.
Professional, resourceful, and dependable.
Discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.
